Human Resources
The Human Resources department supports the Administration of the United Counties in staffing, hiring and training of employees. It monitors the quality of work relations and sees that health and safety measures in the workplace are applied.
The Human Resources department staff is responsible for 425 employees, the payroll department, the OMERS pension plan and group insurance policies.
