The Prescott-Russell Residence is a long-term healthcare home, administered by the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, in accordance with the Homes for the Aged and Rest Homes Act.

The Prescott-Russell Residence, an environment of quality
The Residence accomodates 146 beds, including 2 respite beds, and offers nursing care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The building counts 3 stories with a special care unit called « La Promenade du Jardin », equipped with a security system.
Our mission
To be a part of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care of Ontario’s non-profit public institutions and be managed by the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.
To be for non-autonomous adult a ressoure accommodation and a long-term care non-profit establishment, which provides a safe environment and services in both official languages.
To encourage, stimulate and maintain a self-realization desire amongst the residents, within their restraint, while respecting their rythm, values, rights and beliefs of everyone.
